You can add videos anywhere you see the WYSIWYG editor.
The best way to make sure you embed your video without errors is to use the code view
- Navigate to the code view by pressing the </> button in the top bar of the editor.
- In the website that is hosting your video, make sure to get the embed code. Sometimes you will see the Embed link directly, and other websites will have it under another option such as Share. Below, you will find screenshots of where to find the embed codes on some of the most popular video websites.
- Paste the embed code into the code view in CoordinateHQ
- For best results, close the code view again by pressing that </> button before you save your changes
Where to find Embed links

In the detail page of the video you wish to embed, there is a Share button at the top right side of the page
After you click the Share button, you will see a modal. Make sure you are on the Embed area of that modal. Select if you would like Responsive or Fixed size video.
Click the Copy embed code button to copy the code.
Responsive Size will attempt to fit your video into the container that you embed it into.
Selecting Fixed size, you will be asked to set your width and height of the player and no matter the size of the container, the video will be embedded at that size.

Below the video, there is a Share button
Clicking Share, will bring up a modal. You will then need to click the Embed button to pull up the embed code.
There is a Copy button in the lower right corner of where you can see the Embed code

There is a small Share button on the right hand side of the video
Clicking the Share button, you will see a modal where you can copy the Embed code in the bottom.
You can click on the + Show options button: it will expand the menu where you can change the sizes and other options.
