Inviting Collaborators
There is an Invite button in the Collaborator panel on your Plan tab
Clicking it, will bring up a modal. Anyone with an email address can be a collaborator on an account.
Name - You can set their name yourself, or leave it blank, and they will have the option to input their own name once they get into the Project
Role - If you have roles set up on your account already, you can assign a role to your collaborator during the invite step
Custom Message - this is the message that will appear in their invite email
Inviting Licensed Users
You can still invite Licensed Users from the Clients tab on the Invite Collaborators modal. If you enter their email address, the app will be able to check if they are a User and will not create duplicate entries for that email
An easier way to invite a Licensed User, however, is to use the Your Team tab in that modal. If they are already a User on the account, their email will be saved and can be more easily selected from the dropdown list.
Adding Licensed Users to your Account
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Users
- Invite as many Licensed Users as you have available seats using the + Add a New User panel
