- In Google Chrome browser, navigate to the project you are having issues. If it is all projects, go to any of them
Right click on the page, and select Inspect
- In the window that pops up, navigate to the Performance tab at the top
Press the clear icon
Press Record
While recording, you should see this screen
- While recording, perform some actions in the app. These should be any actions that you were noticing lagging or taking longer than usual
Press stop recording
You should see this screen while it is generating the data. Please wait until it finishes
Download the data
It will save as a .json file
- Send it as part of a support ticket
