It is best to use iframes with the embed code provided by these apps.
You can embed that iframe using code view in several pages such as into custom pages, plan summary, tasks, and goals.
Limitations: authentication (who is attempting to access this?)
Your clients will need to have an account with access to that file with embed permissions, otherwise anyone with access to that link will have access to those files.

Integration with CRMs

Zapier supports most CRMs.
Some Common integrations:
- When a CRM deal reaches a certain status such as (deal closed) - create a project in CoordinateHQ and invite relevant stakeholders to the project as collaborators.

When the coordinateHQ is concluded, update the project status in the CRM. Note: this is an example of bidirectional updates, it is important to set the coordinateHQ (external object ID) at the time of project creation.
In this example, it would be the CRM deal ID. This allows you to then reference the CRM deal ID at a later date when it is needed.
Some examples of what would not work well with integration

1:1 replicate of all cooordinatehq data into your CRM
- Due to the various data models in place, this is an integration project that would most likely be a software development project to integrate these 2 systems. You would most likely want to be using the CRM and coordinateHQ lower level API

Integration with a calendar app such as Google calendar - have this feature (link)
- Note: we already have a feature that will link your task list or project to your google calendar. Please read this guide
- G suite calendar API is extremely limited, any additional integration that would be limited by Google’s API.

Signing documents such as:
- Docusign
- SignRequest
- You would need to do your own custom integration at this time using our low level API. Zapier is not sufficient for this integration.
