Project Name Prompt
This is the text of the question asking them what to name their new project. Try something like "What is the name of your project?"
Collaborator Email Prompt
This is the text of the question asking them for their email address. The email they enter will be invited as a collaborator to the new project.
Once you fill in that info, a unique Project Link URL will appear right below the title of your Project Link. Copy the link and add it as a button or link somewhere on your website to direct your customers to start filling out the forms and generate their own Projects or kick off a new Project at their convenience.
You can have as many Project Links as you like for your account. Tip: If you offer different types of services for your customers, you can create a specific Project Link for each one |
New Project Link Form Explained
When filling out your Project Link form, please note that your clients will not see the prompts you see, they will only see what you input as your choices and text.
Using the sample form below as an example, your client will not see "Project Name Prompt", they will instead see "Project Name & Client Name"
Tip: The best way to see exactly what your clients/customers will see is to copy that Project Link URL and paste it into a new browser windowBest practices is to have your form open on one window and the Project Link output open in another so you can see the changes occurring in real time. Don't forget to refresh the Project Link URL page whenever you make a change to see the change. You can make changes to this Project Link whenever you want, even after your clients begin using this page. Changes will occur going forward, changes will not impact projects that have already been created using the older version of the form. |
