If you attempt to invite a user to your CoordinateHQ account, and you receive this error:
It means they already signed up with that email to their own personal CoordinateHQ account. If they are part of your organization, it is likely they created their own account in error.
The same email address cannot be a user on multiple accounts. Please have them log in to their account using the email you are attempting to invite and delete their account.
We are unable to delete an account on behalf of the Account Billing Administrator on request. They must log in to their account and delete it themselves.
